Q. Do I need to charge the battery first?
A. They come partially charged.  To turn on the battery click the button 5 times, and 5 times to turn off.

Q. Does this work in car USB ports to charge?
A. This will work in any 1-2.1 Amp 0.5 v USB port.

Q. Is this an e-cigarette?

A. No Elevate pens have been designed and manuactured for solids essential oils and waxes. It is is not able to utilize e-cig juice like a normal e-cigarette, but can be used with any Glycol based tinctures and solutions to try a variety of flavors for just a few hits each without changing your atomizer.

Q. What can be used in it?
A. Wax Oil, BHO, Simpson Oil, CO2 Extract, Cold Water Extract Bubble Hash (full melt works best) and Glycol based tinctures.

Q. Can it be used for herbal supplements?
A. Unfortunately No, it works to a certain extent vaping but can eventually lead to ignition.

Q. Warranty?
A. We offer a 1 year warranty on the batteries.  The rest is wear and tear, and with proper cleaning procedures a skillet or atomizer can last upwards of 6 months with regular use.

Q. Do you accept returns?
A. All sales are final, sorry. However please contact us if there is anything you are dissatisfied about!
